As NGOsource’s senior counsel, Sarah Miller leads most aspects of NGOsource’s legal programming, including by independently managing a portfolio of equivalency determination (ED) applications, reviews, approvals, and certifications. Sarah’s responsibilities also include responding to ED inquiries, creating resources for sector use, and working in collaboration with the NGOsource and TechSoup teams to streamline processes, develop best practices and build efficiency in the ED process.
