Martha Lackritz-Peltier

Martha manages legal operations at NGOsourceand leads a cross section of compliance initiatives within TechSoup as a whole. She is the principal architect of the STEP Due Diligence Framework, and its lead subject-matter expert. She graduated magna cum laude from Brown University and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining TechSoup, Martha was a Fulbright scholar, clerked for the chief justice of the Texas Supreme Court, and worked in private practice. In 2019, she was named Outstanding Young Nonprofit Lawyer of the Year by the American Bar Association.
