Elizabeth Tabita serves as an active member of the director’s team, responsible for program planning, assessment, and operations at the California Endowment. She develops, implements, and oversees the foundation’s grants management processes, practices, and systems by strategically overseeing all grants. Elizabeth is also an active member of four philanthropic affinity groups, including Hispanics in Philanthropy, Asian American/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy, Southern California Grantmakers, and Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy. In addition, as an active member of PEAK Grantmaking, she has held leadership roles at both the national and chapter levels.
