According to the 2018 GuideStar Nonprofit Compensation report, white women earned 77% of what white men earned. This gap is even more pronounced for women of color. Compared to the earnings of white men in the nonprofit workforce, in 2017 Black and African-American women made 61% of men’s earnings and Hispanic women made just 53%. Asians, Native Americans, and other women of color reported similar pay discrepancies.
