Small Foundations

We’re working together to ensure that practices, questions, and conversations important to small foundations are an integral part of the PEAK2020 experience.

Leading the way is our Small Foundation Committee of your peersgrants management professionals from foundations with two or fewer staff members. The committee has been instrumental in helping us develop a set of curated sessions focused on the “how” of grantmaking, specifically designed by, and for, small-foundation staff to tackle the unique challenges and opportunities you face.

This program features opportunities for you to:

  • Learn about operationalizing diversity, equity, and inclusion into your foundation’s practices—focusing on practical wins you can implement;
  • Understand ways to leverage technology—especially when you may not have IT staff; and
  • Network with small foundation colleagues to build a community you can rely on for support and ideas.
