This year, we launched an initiative to help transform the practice of philanthropy into the practice of principled grantmaking - the Principles for Peak Grantmaking. Through conversations with members you’ve helped us understand your aspirations and challenges in implementing equitable, effective, and efficient grantmaking practices. And we’ve been struck by your depth of commitment to this work. It is not enough to simply know or understand what grantmaking practice in support of equity looks like: we must also have the courage and the fortitude to live our values and approach change management, organizational culture, and complex grantmaking systems to enact this change.

Attending PEAK2020: Courage in Practice helps grantmakers not only hit professional development goals for themselves, it also provides an opportunity for attendees to obtain valuable knowledge and practices back to their organizations.
For more information on how to make the case, click here.
PEAK Grantmaking recognizes that not everyone can afford to attend professional development opportunities. This is a way that we try to eliminate that barrier for those that would like to attend our annual conference. If you are selected to receive a registration scholarship please keep in mind that the scholarship only covers your conference registration. You would be financially responsible for all other costs (e.g. airfare, hotel, incidentals, etc.)

Cancellation requests received by February 14, 2020 will receive a full refund. After that date, no refunds will be granted. If you need to cancel your conference registration or transfer it to a colleague, please contact our PEAK2020 team at info@peakgrantmaking.org.
